From enquiry to first round

Book your free class
Pick a session on the timetable and send a request. We confirm by email or text.

Turn up 10 minutes early
Shorts, t-shirt and a drink. We'll lend gloves and shins for striking classes.

Train, no pressure
Beginners drill with a coach. Sparring is always optional and controlled.
